Since your last update, you have had surgery. You had your tonsils and adenoids taken out, tubes put in your ears and the allergy panel done. You gave us quite the scare in recovery at the surgicare unit but you bounced back with more than enough energy for all of us. We found out that your allergic to one of your absolute favorite things, MILK. This is hard for us as you use to drink about 3 gallons a week. Now, you have to have soy milk and you aren't quite as fond of it as you are the good old dairy cow milk you have grown to know and love. You are also allergic to wheat and egg whites. All of these things make grocery shopping an even bigger pain than it was before. Especially with your ever so persistent, not riding in the buggy, little self along for the journey. You are one very strong willed little boy. You test me on a daily basis. I am thankful for God's grace during these really trying days. You are so much like your father. Today was your first day back to school and my first full day back to work since your surgery. Neither of us cared for getting up before the sun, so we didn't. We slept in and got a slow start to our morning. I think it helped with the transition back to the grind for both of us. I really hate that I can't stay home with you. I wish money grew on trees in our backyard. I wish our house was paid for. I wish you could go everywhere with me. Until we find a way to make this happen, I will cherish every hour as you are the most incredible little boy I know. Even when you are being that very strong willed little fella!

Here are pictures of you on surgery day!
