Travis Jacob Perkins.

Your name could not be more perfect. You are your fathers child.

Yesterday you spent the day with Geeg and Papa at the farm. At first you said you were scared of the farm and would only play in the back of the car. What had you so scared of the farm I don't know but luckily you didn't stay too scared for very long. When you finally emerged from the back of Geeg's car you had fun playing in the dirt with your cars, throwing rocks in the creek, and riding the mule around the property.

You wouldn't wear your boots and your flip flops made you nervous on the bridge. We will have to find you some new boots to wear at the farm.

At one point Geeg sent me this picture to show me you were such a big boy!

You apparently wanted to walk back to the barn from the creek alone. You thought that was great, and that you were so big.

You and Geeg enjoyed some lunch at McAlister's Deli after you told her that you were "duper duper" hungry. "duper duper" is your new favorite phrase. You are always "duper duper" something.

You just can't quite figure out why Geeg and Papa are building a house there. Or why those cows had flies on them. But you must have had the time of your life because you came home one sweaty, stinky, dirty, little boy!

I sure hope you learn to love it and not be so scared, I know you will make great memories on that farm.
