First year of T-Ball
This is our first season of T-Ball and you are off to a great start. You are #8 and you play for the Yankees! You are excited about playing, most of the time. Your attention span is far too short to really get into the game. At practice you tend to give out after about 30 minutes and would rather go drive your cars through the gravel and make them "smoke". Either way, I think you are enjoying it thus far.
We have had about 4 practices and each have proved to be very entertaining. The first practice your replay when the coach asked where's home, was "my home is far away." Second practice turned into more of a game over everyone on the team dog pile the little fella that caught the ball. Third practice I had to leave early and when you and Jay returned home, neither of you were in very chipper spirits. Apparently you really acted out in front of everyone. Fourth practice you Jay was gone and you did well, but I think you were over it before it even started because Jay wasn't with you.
Your first game is coming up in a week. I am so very excited to watch you play this season. I really hope you enjoy it! I think with uncle Jeff coming home, and his love for baseball, will really help. I am so glad that Jay is getting to help coach you and that I am the team mom & photographer. It makes my heart happy to be so involved with what you are doing! I hope it stays this way forever!
Have fun & play ball!
