Tomorrow is Jacob's first Halloween! I am thrilled :) He has his personalized pumpkin from great-granny for all his goodies and we get to dress him in his adorable Monkey suit! Stay tuned for pictures they are sure to be great!
We also had family pictures taken last Sunday and those will be up next week! I can't wait! We took the pictures at a really neat place here in Kaufman, I loved it! I am really looking forward to his 9 month pictures out there!
I believe Jacob has decided to by-pass crawling and go straight to walking. He tries so hard to get up on his feet and go! He is super strong and can pull up on anything, but be ready because he can't stand for long. He has already hit his little head on his bed, dresser and the coffee table. He is going to be a tough little boy with a lot of little bumps!
He has picked up the "suckey" (pacifier) here lately and they have bonded quite well. He was never a pacifier baby and now we don't leave home or go to bed without it. I am going to try my hardest to get rid of that thing before he turns 1 or shortly after. I have heard such horror stories about pacifiers and their teeth.
Tonight he had some very interesting entertainment! I volunteered to watch one of the coaches kiddos since the weather outside is frightful and the football game was in Alvarado. The kids are 5 and 3 and they really are sweet kiddos, I am just not use to fitting in another adult in our nightly routine much less two more children. We managed and we are all still alive.
Tomorrow is going to be a busy day. Mom and I decided to set up at First Monday again and apparently we are going to be "slammed" tomorrow. Jacob and nanny will be in two so hopefully with the 4 of us we can handle it. After First Monday little man gets to go on his first Trick-or-Treat adventure around Gigi's block!
